
Kelly Clarkson, in full Kelly Brianne Clarkson, (born on April 24, 1982 in Fort Worth, Texas, U.S.), American musician, singer and television personality who came to prominence as a pop-rock superstar after being crowned the most popular TV talent competition American Idol in 2002. Clarkson was born at Burleson (Texas) and is one of the suburbs near Fort Worth. Her vocal talents were recognized when she was just 7 years old by the school's choir instructor. the school she attended. Clarkson was able to leave high school and go in Los Angeles where she failed to succeed in the industry of entertainment. When she returned to Texas Clarkson was a contestant on the first season of The Fox Broadcasting Corporation's American Idol, a singing show that allowed the audience to select their top performer. The viewers were in love with Clarkson's arresting voice, charisma, as well as her wit. Her prize was $1 million, and she also signed a recording agreement with RCA.
